After discussing the report with another GM we have decided to decline the report, why?
User is fast so it's a no for underclocking.
User is fast, I personally thought the user is overclocking but no, After re-watching the replay I noticed that the movement is decent, not too fast to say that the user is overclocking.
Aimfixing, No, the user missed a lot of shots.
Couldn't find any signs of the user shotbotting.
Therefore declined.
