So you are reporting ****borthers clan swapping on Kaori, my opinion is;
Kaori clan has a good score so i don't think that they were giving ****brothers clan free points and the evidence doesn't show "clan swapping" so i can't take any actions.
No from me, waiting for another opinion.

I also dont think that D!ckbrothers are swapping with Kaori.
First of all, as Eden mentioned above me, you basically have no evidence cuz all we can see is normal clanwars, most of them are finished with the score 4-1.
Secondly, I was spectating half of the cws because my cw mate went offline and I had nothing to do, they weren't giving any free kills, all of them played serious.
Thirdly, I don't think its a good reason for why we should reset D!ckbrothers because there are people like 'Rape', 'Lilly, and 'Rinlll' who have chars on both of the clans. A person doesnt have to choose to play only in one clan, he can has chars in top 4 clans (for example).

I've just said my opinion, it may or may not affect the result, waiting for more opinions.
