[Help - Other] Problems with the resolution and xhairs won't upload [HELP]

USeally when I use the lowest resolution 800x600 u get the black walls on the side of ur screen. The problem Im having is that I don't have these black walls. That means that the resolution don't get smaller (800x600) but a lot more wider. How can I fix this?

The crosshairs on the other hand is not uploading in the game. What am I doing wrong?

Are they actually png's?
Did you restart the game since you put them there?
(Actually might be a problem with that nonsense you got with the picks, its _pick - not .pick but its disabled anyways so delete them or make a new folder to place them in for when they are enabled again in the future)

Do crosshair1 crosshair2 crosshair3, anything beyond 4 wont upload cause problems, I don't know why but yeah.

Yes they are all pngs and yes I restarted the game already. I will try to delete the folder and try the '_pick' way.
