You spammed a week ago the same thing.
If Dave didn't answer your PM that means you did something wrong.
Dave always checks logs and stuff to make sure your account was actually hacked and you're not trying to lie.
So you either are lying that you were hacked and did something wrong which caused your character to be deleted or you shared your account with someone > he did something against the ToS from your account and you got punished for it.

Name of that character has been changed to ^9-D3ad^Dsoul-^1 and rebirthed at 6 September.
I can't find anything which shows that your account was ever hacked, also, you didn't even change your password the last 1.5 months which clearly indicates that you don't take the security of your account seriously. You are responsible for the security of your own account.
