I have a ps3 controller and I tried to use it on FG and it won't let me do anything. I do have a program that lets me change the config of the controller settings. any suggestions to get it so it may work?

I doubt you can play FGunZ with anything except a computer and tablet (I think someone played with a tablet before but not really comfortable).

    [Personal Opinion #1]

Controller + FGunZ = You Get Rekt .. The End.

But, in reference to your question , which program are you using for the ps3 controller .. is it Pinnacle Game Profiler? .. I know other people who are having issues with getting their PS3 Controller to work for PC .. I wouldn't really know because I use an Xbox 360 controller .. and I know that an Xbox 360 controller is just plug & play .. no other programs needed .. but you have to have a wired controller .. If it has a battery pack it will not work. If you can't get the ps3 controller to work and you really want to use a joystick, I suggest trying a wired xbox 360 controller.

    Gunz does have gamepad recognition.
Altough since gunz is old, only older pads are detected.
For example, gunz does recognize my original xbox (small version) gamepad fully.
Though theres no way to adjust sensitivity without messing with my gamepad settings messing up setups of other games.
Is it viable to play with gamepad? no, not at all.
You might want to try to get a xinput.dll of a game where your gamepad gets recognized and copy paste it into the fgunz folder.
Dont ask me if it will work for sure though.

If you have a program that works, then you should be able to rebind keyboards keys to the controller. Something like xPadder (www.xpadder.com) will allow you to do such a thing with analogue sensitivity and deadzone control.

Honestly not worth going through the trouble of getting it to work, Gunz with a controller will be dreadful.
