When i buy, the same shotgun have 10 dmg, but now have 9 DMG??
Can i exchange this item? Because, i buy when is 10 DMG, not 9.

Nothing happens, you can only get a refund in the first 12 hours if I recall correctly if you bought the item by a mistake.
As the time flies the server balances all the times including the donation so if it's 9 dmg now instead of 10, I don't see a huge difference.

When you donate, you comply to the terms that you simply donated in exchange for an exclusive donator item. Stat changes are done to help the server, not a single individual or a group.

Shit happens. The red SGs used to be 12 damage, 7x5 clip with 750 delay.
