This toggle doesent change the gamplay, its just an improvement
If you're going to implent it. Make it that the hotkey to display is customizable cuz on prev servers I had that hotkey keybinded with a macro for medding so when I for example hitted F4 as a macro, the macro popped up and so did the HP/AP stats as i had keybinded it with f4 also. This is a minor improvement but it can be usefull
