Watched Weathering With You last night, was pretty nice.
my advice to you when watching it is to not compare it to the director's previous film and to just enjoy it without crazy high expectations.
lots of people are saying its not as good as your name, but imo your name is just too good of a movie that anything would fall under in comparison lol. WWY doesnt hit as emotionally as your name did, but that aside, it was a very well done movie and was a great watch.
visuals were awesome, music was well paired, concept was pretty damn cool, and the movie had some great scenes.
def would recommend to other weebs looking for romance/comedy/slice of life/sci fi type movie.
