In my opinion the user wasn't ESPing.
At the first replay, the only suspicious round was the last one, when he rushed and aimed directly at 'Ascent' like he knew he was already there. It does seem like he was using soundplay cuz sometimes people came backshot and he heard the sounds those people made, and immediately turned back.
At the second replay he mostly camped and waited to the people to come.
