Mechanics:
I'll give a scrambled word, paragraph or a sentence; it can be a famous quote from a certain person, a line from a certain show, an excerpt from a book, from an anime. It can be also a name of a something, someone etc.. What you need to do is decode that word or paragraph or sentence. I’ll post an image related to that scrambled paragraph or sentence as a hint. Also please take note of the punctuation used (capitalization are included). Must include IGN when answering.
Also, give the source of the quote/sentence/paragraph from which, where or whom it came from.
