i don't know, but i am in a learning process. I have a lot of questions regarding on editing vids at sony vegas pro 13
1st could i make an effect that applies to all, without going 1 by 1?
2nd what format should i choose to make a video that is high definition that is not too big?
3rd how do i make gun shots synchronize with the music
4th how do i make a really slooooow motion effect aside from ctrl hold drag
5th please teach meee

before i jump into the mess you made which you already mentioned in your own post
1, those colors gave me ebola, dont do that again
for better colors (whether you do theme yourself or want a template, use this, magic bullet looks)
download it off and watch a tutorial on how to use it


2, what are you recording with? the sound and the motion is tacky and isnt really that clear
if its not fraps, use this

my free cracked version of fraps with the help of a friend, feel free to use it
to set up your hotkeys just to the movies tab and set it up

3, when slow mo-ing your video make sure to do the following so that your audio doesnt echo (the annoying slow mo sound you had in the video)
right click under the audio of the video
click properties
set it to classic
tick the 'lock to stretch' button and press ok

this depends on what resolution you record on from GunZ itself, personally I'd make you go with this one http://gyazo.com/ea073c0769becee4b71fdd70e140bfd9, not too big nor it is the 'best' you could do, if you have a seriously good computer get back to me and I'll tell you which one you can use

there are troughs and crests in the sound waves given to you in the audio http://gyazo.com/c987b1d53bfa810806dc7283d97f8c55, simply press 'M' before the trough of the sound wave like here to mark where you wanna put your gun sound http://gyazo.com/62cc0c10fea19f60311c065d4a8c0986, then insert your gun sound right at where you marked it

Well here is a trick, for a really smooth slow mo (or perhaps something that would fit your specs of your pc) record with 120 fps, then try slow mo-ing your video and look at the difference, its not the fact that its a special effect you can do on a video, its the fact that you need higher fps to make it a smooth slow mo
