A med pill/vial that heals both HP & AP at the same time, but weighs more than the regular pills/vials. Since you'll be able to wield two of these (if you make enough room for weight), I'd suggest making the weight higher than normal pills or vials are now. Pills weigh 5 & vials weigh 4, so maybe make these weigh 7 for pills & 6 for vials
