Hi , recently i get refunded from pepole and people send me somemoney on paypal and i wanted to donate with some money and when i click buy.. it says
please change credit card. ( i made a paypal with 0 usd credit card) FOR EXAMPLE : i got refunded a 23$ and my balance still 0 anyone help me out? *PIC*:

For me when I add a card and it doesn't show up on the balance. When you pay "Choose a different method" and a option should be that card. Or wait a few min and re-fresh your page?

That throws my theory out the window... I would say wait a bit to see if it transfers into your balance. Try to google it?
