Sore losers crying for a rematch after losing tourny?

We were playing the final round of CTF tourny, my team vs Strait's. This replay was taken after we were leading 1-0 in the tournament. These guys accused us of ddosing rhinodab4wz while we were in the midst of playing the tournament. We won them legitimately and now they are forcing us into playing a rematch because one of our teammates, xGhost, used a shura. Is it even fair for us to give a rematch when straitdab4wz is spiking so badly? In the last screenshot, his ping was 125 while in the other screenshots, he spiked constantly between 220-260-320. Please look at his ping and see if it's even normal for someone to spike like that. I also warned him several times during the tourny that he was spiking, but he doesn't seems to care. Because of him being ignorant about his spike, I do not think that his team deserve the rematch.

Besides his horrible spike, straitdab4wz is not even playing legit. This guy also started using hacks during the middle of the tournament when they were close to losing (aimfix or sb, not sure which one). After you watch to the middle of the replay and see carefully, this guy is glitching with his sword and he seems like he couldn't control his slashes so he kept blocking with his sword, trying to hide his hack. I believe that this is a very obvious sign of sb.

They are mad that they lost the tourny because straitdab4wz is a previous 3v3 and 1v1 tourny winner, thinking that they are always the best. Besides that, straitdab4wz called me an ucer in skype after i exposed him spiking and playing unlegit in the tournament. By all means, ban me if i'm even ucing. I can vouch for my teammates and myself that we were all playing fair and legit and did not try to win by cheating such as ddosing, spiking, or even using any hack.

I honestly don't think he's aimfixing or shotbotting,

for aimfix;
He technically doesn't have any obvious miss that registers as a hit,
he once shot totally miss on my screen, but still trailing the movement of the person he shot at (usually due spike/lagg), not really out of the ordinary.

The moments you stated that he blocks a lot, actually were moments he were at your base, he never really did it at his own base, as I conclude this is just strategy, also no weird slashing or shooting.

Thanks for your input. But the moments i stated of him slashing weird and blocking was actually at his base while he was camping at the door. They are blue base and we are red.

I know this is a long replay and it really takes a lot of time to watch through the entire thing, but just take your time. I'm still looking forward to the opinions of the other GMs. Also, please notice the screenshots i've provided of his spikes. Thanks!
