Server Lagging?

I actually have been having slight server issues.
The problem appears to be with opening too many connections while old ones don't close?

When I was testing something I had to reconnect multiple times and I'd have an issue with getting on but when I closed it and re-opened it

I have not had any lagg problems unless i got to much stuff opened
