Reason: Hacking - using a bunch of different hacks like vacuuming items, no collision, bottomless clip, aimbotting through walls without the need to look at players, and likely a lot more that weren't used before being kicked.
Proof/Evidence: This player was quite literally just standing outside the map boundaries shooting a hotshot at nothing, yet killing people. I have attached links to multiple screenshots and the replay file.
