Are you sure your lvl is 99? If so wait for a few hours (there might be less than a day remaining from the 30 days you gotta wait to rb again).
The timeline between each rebirth is (I think) 1 week . Each week you can rebirth once on one account. (if I'm not mistaken)Originally Posted by Colour
