Try witching from regular view to presentation view (fullscreen).
Also try turning of hardware acceleration. Settings, then advanced settings, scrolling down to "System" and unchecking "Use hardware acceleration when available" and restart chrome

i had the same problem on firefox, tho i tried chrome and it worked fine, now chrome is my main browser.

Use CCleaner for clean all cookies and cache of our internet, did u try whit another explorer ?
