It does increase FPS for me. But I don't use Razer Game Booster, I use that IOBit Game Booster 3. I think I still have the installer for the Game Booster 3 and Game Booster 3.5 Beta version if you'd like to try it out.

My GunZ FPS increases from 60 - 90 FPS up to 150 - 200 FPS depending on how full the room is!

Game booster didn't really help anything for me back when I had a potato computer. (2015 and *****s still have bad fps in gunz? lol) but um, yeah. A stable internet connection help the best for the most part. (Was using a laptop)
