Ever since I left you improved your designing skills to a very high level.
You have some neat tags out there, the lightning is fine, loving the pen tool effects.
A friendly tip - try to play more with the burn/dodge tool and blurring parts to make effects & render(s) pop-out even more so they can catch the eye.
