I'm really wondering how is Dan / Hakui unbanned? Werent he banned for Esp and oc multiple times?

Everyone knows about dan and his history with cheats. Unbanning known cheater will just make everyone think that FGunz is a joke , where using cheats is not bannable.
Still waiting for Dan's buttbuddys to say something smart. And i'm still waiting for a reply from staff member how and why is he unbanned. Is even Dave aware that dis guy is unbanned?

Yet again i'm not hating on Dan , i'm just really curious.
