Just wanted to write a thought in here as to why the sniper scope delay was nerfed rather than the damage. Nerfing the scope delay adds to what the weakness of a sniper SHOULD be, which is that they can't easily re-adjust their aim, especially in close-combat. This makes the weapon more fair in close-combat, but it also provides the counter-play that SHOULD have existed from the beginning where players who are evasive have a good chance of dodging a sniper shot.
If you're still confused: can't enter scope as quickly anymore = harder to readjust aim = more use at a distance = can't easily k-style with them, especially in close range (requires readjusting aim)
I haven't been in-game yet, so I'm not sure how bad 2seconds will hurt. I do think it is in the right direction though. Thank you for the update. I wonder how 3d sound will sound like? O-o
