Then hardware/3D acceleration is disabled.

Start > Control Panel > Personalization > Display > Advanced Settings > Troubleshoot > Change Settings button > Change Hardware Acceleration from none to full by dragging the bar.

If the acceleration bar is already set to full, set it to none, then to full again.

You may need to restart PC.

I've only just noticed this, I thought you had a dedicated graphics card. You need to install the chipset graphics drivers, not just DirectX (noticed no Aero effect).

I assume this is part of your chipset because I Googled what was on the screenshot.
