Guys, is there someone, who can help me, if im playing gunz, i get screenlag, and i cant do reloadshot, its so shitty, pls help me!

I've been there, playing on crappy pc's.
The thing that helped me get rid of screenlagg is disabling a lot of shit in the background. There's a program called Ccleaner that get rid of shet that you don't need, after you have used that you may wanna install game booster, idk what it does but it makes me lagg less, afterwards i play while i closed explorer.exe since that seems to make me less even less.
