Vote system / Flashbangs

Suggestion description:

Vote system:

Have a vote system that cannot be evaded by simply leaving the game (logging off). Either by accepting the vote uppon leaving when the vote is running or just continuing the vote even if the user went offline.

Flashbangs:

As these get abused a lot to annoy others they could be removed or changed so they no longer blind teammates (latter would maybe unbalance it).

I dont get why flash bangs are going to get removed is their specific reason apart from 'it just annoys and ruins tdms' <- thats just dumb as fk

I asked around in-game, pretty much everyone voted for them to be removed.
They are also horribly bugged, when you get flashbanged your sound goes up by 200% or something until the flash is gone.
