No but I tried deleteing the whole thing and re installing.

Honestly cbf to read the thread to see what you've tried thus far, all I read was the Windowed mode thing.

Do you have VSync on?

The widowed mode thing is basically idk why but when im on that mode i get normal fps like I used to before on fullscreen.

I dont know what Vsync is ill check google.

well one thing that might help is running adwcleaner and malwarebyte. Those will clean most adwares and stuff like that. Some of those can eat your computer sometime, and they are not detected by anti-viruses.

Do you have reflecftion effect and such on in your video settings? If so try turning those off

I have that turnt off.

Try using task manager and right clicking the GunZ process, after that select the option "Set Priority" > "High" or "Real Time".
Also try running the game/launcher as administrator? (right click application > "Run as Administrator")
