    Exactly, you can alter the timing. Guess what the person with the lower delay can do so as well and he'll still be faster. So yes, delay does matter.

    Its not altering the Timing, its altering the delay with animation canceling. A jump after reload shot with a slash shot will FORCE you to silent dash as if you were HSing, another reason some people dont understand why they tumble after trying to LD and they slash too soon after their jump

    The problem is that the low delay basically makes it so that doing anything but rs less than optimal.

    So lets show these kids how to improve their movement. Instead of worrying about delay and hitting, worry about movements, which have more combinations than offensive attacks.
