It should be easy to do because the pings and k/d have colors without '^'. No '^' in front of color names = more people will buy the color name option(including me, if this thread goes to the 'Added Suggestion' i'll go buy one right now) = more donations to keep the server up = win/win

It would be nicer to have the colours on the scoreboard. I've thought about why it isn't already like that before but I don't know the reason, it could be because of not knowing the colour codes to PM people, I know that myself as I never remember which colour goes with which number / letter. Never the less, I guess it's a pretty good idea.

I agree with dave, however if you want to recognize the player's in-game then they could simply press enter and press tab to find out the person's in-game name.

Ye thought someone was gonna say something about reporting.. But i'm sure there is something you guys can do Other server(s) has this option already (it shouldn't be a big problem since they have that for a while)

i'm sure dave can prevent people from making similar names with similar colors, it'd be way better and easier for reporting and which will allow dave to add this suggestion as well

It's not like people take SS of scoreboard whenever they report them for flaming/spamming, etc.
People only do that if they report them for spiking and stuff along with a replay, you can grab the IGN from the replay easily.
I say add it in V8 simply because it looks more neat.

I'd say remove the colors from the names you see while pressing enter+tab and add them to the tab page thingie
