Reason: Spiking/teleporting all over the place in cw giving out random pbs and not able to play normal
I have asked for several games to fix the spike but he just started randomly egoing.

Oh man. I needed to do that too? It's visible that that guy is teleporting right? he was spiking from 70 to 350 ping.

We never know whether he is causing the lag himself or he is having ISP issues.
Next time take SS of player's ping.
