Suggestion Description
I think that you should disable the fact that staff members (apart from Forum Mods / Admins) can view pending/completed forum reports about them or others, it can cause personal disputes even before some are handled. how is it ok if members can see server hacker reports but cant see forum rule breaker reports?

This situation pretty much never happens, don't see why I should change it.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
