I already teamviewered him so anything stated in the above posts is already being tried.
No software macros found and I also tried to log on instead of him while his keyboard & mouse were unplugged.
No idea what's causing the issue, also, only @startup I only set the windows to load, nothing else.

so then that leaves corrupt drivers/windows files or a bad install of fgunz i suppose?

would the mlog have anything useful
