And the cost must be for 50 event points/permanent item

Event winner's popcorn isn't permanent there must be some thing for permanent so please Make any 5 items for permanent.

And its not that easy to win 50 event Points and also if they made Even then there will be many items for purchasing

They're still event items in which won't become permanent. The duration of them on the other hand were raised to something a bit higher though.
