Not bad actually, just really bright and blurry I had to squint to see what I was looking at for a second.

It's not bad but indeed overly bright (should be just a little darker because this almost feels like staring into the sun). The blur however is fine.

the over brightened i agree. Also how can a blur be ugly? they are what blends comic styles with photographed cities...

I actually love the blur, but you should start with weaker depth of field, and have it get stronger
