You mean this animation is probably from someone using the likes of poser or one of those other dance animation programms where you just mash models and animations together, then your friend found out you can export those premade animations and import it into max to export it into an ani.
So in short, its your friends server, not his animation.
Side note; that animation isnt working with what ever that mesh is supposed to be at all, it looks like the animation was exported on the female biped and then used on the male biped.


Unless you go the full mile of motion capture which you cant just do in a second, all you have left is importing existing animations made by others, or painstakingly keyframing and tweaking to make it look more fluid and lifelike which takes quite some time if desired to be good looking.

Thinking of gunz and its community, this seems more fitting for a dance animation.
