People here just posted stuff from the FAQ but the issue wasn't even related to router/modem/port stuff whatsoever.
Gave Michi guidance, I did what I had to do to fix small part of it but rest - he should take care of it.
Locking the topic, no need to remain open, it's not like anyone can fix it, he needs his ISP to fix the problem.
