It's not a solution to the actual problem; the sniper its stats.

Increasing the weight or adding negative HP/AP penalties _{(ty sonji for the idea)}
Similar to the 1 hit nades. Would make it much more fair when playing against different play-styles.

I think most of the people complaining about snipers and their perks / advantages cant even use them. so nerf right?

the only problem i have is when im in a [V] room and i get shot once with a sniper and im at 15-25 hp but im at 75 ap, maybe instead of nerfing and such just change the mechanic to take more damage from ap and less from actual hp

The thing these people dont understand is that, its about comfortability. We snipers find the Shotgun Spam irritating, spam spam spam - No Aim.

The previous nerf has done enough damage for us as it is.
