Where can I livestream anime?

Recently I've been watching animes with friends and using TeamViewer is pain in the ass, video is spiking, audio is out of sync and so on.
I saw on Twitch and Hitbox streaming anime is strictly against the rules so any idea where I can stream without getting in trouble?
