View chatbox while muted
Suggestion description:
Let the muted people on forums view the chatbox while they are muted but they can not type, same as in-game, they can view the chat but they can not type =)

I don't think it's a good idea because people will start to intentionally provoke people because they can't speak.

In game you can just leave the room. On the forum there is only one chatbox.

Yes if you could disable the chatbox but you cannot so no.
