Well currently, there's mines ofcourse. How about when you shoot one, it dissolves or goes away? I personally have seen it in other games and think that'd add on to the effect of them being landmines.

Mines would be useless if that happens , everyone would just shoot them right away for trolls...
Maybe if someone lands on the mine, the mine blows up like a nade, and the person next to him will also be hit by the explosion.
remove [ex] and also let people use mine in clan war so mines can be usefull

PvE, because why not?!
Have mines being deactivated (removed) after 2 minutes or so. It's annoying to have area's totally blocked of for the whole round.
And i do not like having to use [Ex] for that as it blocks grenades too which actually have a tactical purpose to kill campers in tight area's.
