Notorious as i said it happens to people with around 80 ping. the one's i flipped in the video were below 100 in the green zone.

There's nothing to test, it's just distance lag and you don't flip him properly.
Why didn't you ask him to stand without moving in front of you so you can see that the flip is not broken anyhow (only for you).
Distance lag as in the user having 200-300 ping.

Definitely looks like distance lag to me. It doesn't take much to cause a flip to fail, probably 80 ping or so is when you start seeing it happen.

Choropoppin the one's i flip are 80 ping. but its probaply just distance lagg that cant be helped. They should make an option to set a max of ping or a max of distance to join if it could be done. but probaply not

That is an option we're not going to add.
It's not like there are 10,000 playes playing FGunZ, then I'd agree with you but having ping limit, I assume you want to play with 2 people?
