We played like 3 games and he refused to fix it, Tomer was there and said he was 'fine', which he clearly wasn't.

Please remove 3 losses ty.

At Island - He spiked only at the first round, other than that he spiked maybe once or twice (Also according to your screenshots he had stable ping all the time).
At Town - He had minor spikes only at the first round as well, short replay.
3rd Replay doesn't work (bugged).
