why would you like a ring that costs ~200coins when you have a hat which gives you that bonus already?

levels after 50 are completely pointless tbh.

donor shop > level 99

if you have 300-400 coins to spend on a ring, you're better off buying 2 red sgs and a donor sword for the same price and you're already better than level 99s.

Nope. Its not that hard to get lvl 99 as it is. Theres not really any need for an exp ring. No shortcut to skill

There's a hat called Goblin Scalb which gives you like 20% extra exp if you wear it, just remove the hat and add ring.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't do anything, hence why we also removed the XP rings shortly after V7.

Regardless, we're not going to add any XP boosting things since you can already reach lvl 99 if you no-life for a couple of days.
