    Hi FGunz Familiy im want back the gunz after 2 years.And i log in my account but my character has gone... .But i search de ranking page on my character it still there . What must i do ? i have ban , i know but i want pay my ban and play. The character name is Cheetos[TR] , Thank you by support

    The character still exists, though you are banned for shotbotting.
    Proceed to the unban appeal section and create a topic there.
