As you can see in the replay, NewAccount has been hitted many times by players and still has full health. Same for DUGGIEUE, who I hitted many times and still has full health. There is also a player ?Uknown? who you clearly can't see but is in game and commiting suicide for some reason?

It's called "ae bug", something that began after the latest update.
Most likely the persons you see had -- ping to you.
About the unknown, you've joined a room which contained more than 25 players, the ae bug glitches the room and make you unable to see people who are in the room, like you're "alone" in the room but in fact you aren't.
