This was already suggested before, it won't be that active and nobody would bother to host one.
If you want it so hard just host a server yourself, shouldn't be too hard.
People have tried this before but it doesn't end up working because not enough people use it.
The more you get to know a person, the more attractive they become to you. Because everything beautiful you see on the inside of them, suddenly you see on the outside of them, too.
I think many would use it, Personally my self.

What George said, host one yourself or one of your friends, we aren't going to do such a thing since it failed before (over three attempts have been made of what I can remember).
