If a replacement is put into the tournament they will remain in the tournament until the end of it.
If they can't play you will have to put in the other replacement. If your team doesn't have another replacement, your team will be disqualified (unless you can find an immediate sub under 24 hours).
Reason being is the original team member shouldn't have left in the first place no matter the situation - he registered for it.
If he can't be in one match that's his fault.
TL;DR: Whoever is with the team in the end will receive the prize.
