    hello,

i apologize for the inconvenience of my n00bness but i do however have this kind of notif from the start and i've retried a lot of times the best i could trying to figure out how to be able to log in; in which arise to a question, is there's something more i should do in order to enter the game? since i'm just newly registered and i'm not allowed "yet" to access the server? is this related to some kind of firewall i should be turning off in order to get pass this? i haven't done it even tho i've been lurking around seeing that suggestion. i can't also find this kind of problem yet here, or i've just overlooked.

either way, thanks for the help in advanced.

its still the same result with Cannot access server.

UPDATE: no luck, there's still that notif even though i've uninstalled the antivrus, turned off all my firewall from control panel, re-installed the game and restarted my desktop.

UPDATE 2: searched around the threads with similar issue with mine, found that adding gunz.exe to exclution list of firewall/AV and turning them off completely might work but still didn't. read also that it must be my slow internet speed having i'm in a notebook using wifi. trying to wait it out 5-10 as suggested by other users, retrying would be the next i'll try to do. in the meantime also, would changing the port from its 7700-7800 to something blank would do any different? well idk
