[Help - Error] Windows 8 FGunZ

My friend downloaded the FGunZ installer (mirror 1). She extracted it to desktop then tried to install it but it keeps saying: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I figured it may have been an account privilege issue but her account is an administrator. Anyone know how to do this?

right click fgunz launcher > run as adminstrator

if that dont work idk need to see it firsthand

^If that doesn't work, tell her to install FGunZ in the default folder AKA to NOT switch the installation directory and if it gives that error again, best thing to do is verify that your friend has administrative rights in Local Disk [C;]
