Well pretty much make this a quick link to the launcher! (ment for events)

OnClick = start launcher

The client would need a update itself probably if its gonna be using API key for specific event rooms.. to much processing but I'm sure FG Staff wont do this but I'll +1

If you're talking about making that link to the launcher.exe file on the computer of the user so it will open up, that is not possible.
