Suggestion title: Be able to type / reply in replays


Suggestion description: So you can type in the replay, but it doesn't actually send anything. Players whisper me all the time when I am viewing replays and I can't respond back. Please add.

You can still whisper while watching replays without pressing the Enter though.
The only way to do that is using the quotes sign (without holding shift of course) as if you're about to talk @ team chat.
Upon hitting the quotes button, chat is going to pop up.

So tested that and, works '-' Awesome, but also checked if I can clan chat and was not able to. You are however able to chat in a chat room if you're in one.

I'd still like it if you could just hit enter and you could regularly reply, clan chat, w/e.

I'm pretty sure Jetman can implement a replay chat system where you can talk pretty much everywhere by hitting the enter button, it's really annoying to press the quotes button that's why I support your suggestion, +1
